What is 1:1 Coaching?

The 1:1 coaching container is a strong and safe space for us to explore and discover who you are at your deepest, most authentic core self. It is designed to guide and support you emotionally and energetically and offer tools, resources and accountability to help you connect to your core self, get clear on where in your life you are out of alignment with that and what’s getting in the way of you being that most authentic, true and alive version of yourself.

We will do this by identifying your core values and your authentic vision for your life, create actionable goals that bring any areas of your life into alignment with those values and vision, and work through any emotional, mental, physical or spiritual blocks that may arise as you navigate the process of becoming your most authentic self.

What to expect?

The process of connecting to our core self and becoming the most aligned and authentic version of ourselves requires us to cultivate a deeper awareness of our internal state of being. This includes our emotions, our thoughts, and the physical sensations and feelings in our body. Our awareness is the channel through which we can gain the clarity and wisdom our internal bodies offer us and help us recognize our conditioned patterns, thoughts and behaviors, the ones that are not authentic or rooted in our core self.

Each coaching session will begin with a 5-10 min practice to get out of our heads and into our bodies. That may be breathwork, meditation or movement depending on how you are feeling that day.

During sessions, you will be driving our conversation and can choose what you want to discuss, share or get support on. I’m there to ask questions and guide you and support you in going deeper into your experience, connect back to your core self and identify conditioned patterns, thoughts and behaviors as they come up.

Additionally, I may offer practices or exercises throughout the session as a “stretch” or an action item for you to take on in between sessions. These are always an invitation for you to choose to do or not, and I encourage you to always check in with yourself, your intuition and your body to determine what feels most aligned for you. The intention of these practices is to help you interrupt any conditioned patterns, thoughts or behaviors that come up in real time and support you in embodying a new way of being, feeling or expressing in that moment that is fully aligned and authentic to your core self.
