What is 1:1 Coaching?
A private, high-touch coaching container that helps men and women move from anxious, stuck, and disconnected — to grounded, self-aware, and living in alignment with who they actually are.
It's a structured but deeply personal process where you develop the inner tools — body awareness, emotional intelligence, values clarity, and consistent practice — to navigate your life with more presence, confidence, and authenticity.
We will do this by identifying your core values and your authentic vision for your life, create actionable goals that bring any areas of your life into alignment with those values and vision, and work through any emotional, mental, physical or spiritual blocks that may arise as you navigate the process of becoming your most authentic self.
The work happens on two levels simultaneously: the insight level (understanding your patterns, their origins, and what's driving your experience) and the embodied level (using breathwork, somatic practices, and physical awareness to actually shift those patterns — not just understand them intellectually).

Bi weekly Coaching Sessions

Your primary coaching calls — private, focused, and built around what's alive for you right now. Each session opens with a short breathwork or meditation practice to shift state, then moves into real conversation: what's working, what's stuck, what patterns are showing up, and what needs attention at a deeper level. Every session ends with clear commitments and next steps.
Session Recording + Written Summary Notes
After Every Call · Emailed within 24hrs
You receive the full recording of every session plus a written summary of key insights, patterns identified, and action items. Nothing gets lost. You can return to the session, share it with no one else, and use it as a reference between calls.
Custom Practice Outlines
Tailored to Your Work
After sessions that introduce a new practice — a somatic exercise, an inner child process, an emotional processing sequence — you receive a written outline of exactly how to do it on your own. Not a generic handout. Specific instructions built around what came up in your session, so you can continue the work between calls.
Daily Breathwork Practice
Audio tracks + App Access
A structured daily breathwork routine, with recorded tracks and curated app recommendations (Open, Calm) matched to where you are in the work. This isn't optional background noise — it's the daily practice that builds the nervous system capacity everything else depends on.
Journaling Prompts
Session-Specific · Sent After Each Call
Targeted prompts tied directly to what surfaced in your session. Not generic journal questions — specific invitations to explore what came up, continue the processing, and notice what emerges between calls. Common themes: childhood patterns, physical sensations, core values, relationships, and the gap between how you're showing up and how you want to actually show up in life.
Core Values Exercise
Foundational · Completed Early in Engagement
A structured process for identifying your non-negotiable values — the principles that, when honored, produce alignment and energy, and when violated, produce resentment and resistance. These become your compass for decision-making, a mirror for your patterns, and an anchor throughout the engagement. Returned to repeatedly as the work deepens.
Between-Session Accountability
Ongoing · Text & Check-In System
Real accountability. Daily practice check-ins, occasional accountability texts from your coach, and clear commitments made at the end of every session. The transformation happens in the daily reps between calls — this structure ensures it actually happens.
Active Breathwork Sessions
Full 60 min guided session
One or more dedicated breathwork sessions — longer, more immersive, and focused purely on the practice itself rather than conversation. Used to create deeper physiological shifts, process stuck emotional energy, or give you a direct experience of what breathwork can do at a fuller length. Bookable separately via calendar link.
Closing Exercise at Completion
End of Container
A structured completion exercise that brings the coaching engagement to an intentional close — acknowledging growth, integrating the work, and creating a clear transition into the next chapter. A real ritual for marking what changed and setting up what's next.
